Wade has wanted to make his own beer for a long time. This past Christmas our son Michael and his wife Tiffany got Wade a Mr. Beer Kit. Wade was so excited..... it has actually started a passion for him. we now have a keg brewing all the time. The process usually takes six weeks to complete. Two weeks to ferment in the keg....two weeks to age in the bottle and then two week to lager in the fridge. He has had a blast with this gift and we now have three kegs. More beer making pictures to come but these are from the very first.

Everyone who had some the the beer said that it tasted great. Being allergic I wouldn't be able to say but it is a fun thing to be part of I help some, but mostly just document the process with pictures
